Rollover to V-Sit (beginner/advanced)


The beginner movement starts by rolling backwards with your knees hugged into your chest.  Upon rolling forward, spread your legs into a v-sit position.  For the advanced version, roll back and let your feet touch the floor behind your head.  Finish as you would the beginner movement.
