Groiner/Groiner to Groin Stretch


Begin in a push-up position.  In one motion, bring both feet up to and outside of your hands. 

For the Groiner to Groin Stretch- After completing the required reps of groiners, place elbows inside of your knees and hands on your feet.  Place pressure on the inside of your knees with your elbows to stretch your groin.
