90/90 Piriformis Stretch

 

  

90/90 Piriformis Stretch

 Place legs in 90/90 position as shown.  Lean forward (don’t bend your back) until you feel a stretch in the back of the hip of the front leg.  To increase the stretch, lean you upper body towards the front foot.
