Here is a ground-based lower body exercise that can be used prior to training. This exercise not only mobilizes the hips, but can also be used as a pelvic stabilization exercise as well. Make sure you have a good abdominal brace while performing this exercise:
This exercise is a slightly more advanced ground based warm-up exercise, and I would advise that you make sure that you have good core control before using this one.
